THE CEDAR CREEK GRIST MILL
Want to take a trip back in time? The Cedar Creek Grist Mill is just the place to go! The Cedar Creek Grist Mill was built in 1876 by George Woodham and his two sons. It is a water powered mill where grain is ground into flour or livestock feed. Dances and emtertainment (of the musical variety) were held here. The Mill has had several owners over the years and now has been returned to its original state. It works today as it did back in 1876. Mother Nature turns the pulleys and belts that produce the flour, corn meal and, in October, apple cider. There is a covered bridge to add to the picturesque scene and picnic tables. This beautiful place is beckoning you.. drive out to Woodland, WA and you will be taking a step back in time.
